15:03:18 [George] Idm, all Eagle-Research machines are based on 3 Wh per Liter of BG produced. So 1,000 liters/ hour would use 3 Kwh

15:03:38 [ldm] How much routine maintenance is there? Cleaning? Replacing wear parts?

15:04:53 [George] Idm, NO torch can compete with electric welding options. Water torches are superior to all other Torches, for torch work.

15:04:56 [Tom] Good questions, Idm, I was curious about that too

15:07:42 [ldm] It would seem that bottled gas on a wheeled cart is portable. I assume it needs an electrical generator for portable work.

15:09:17 [ldm] I was told of the use of lasers to weld big components - axles of ships to propellors. Can BG displace the laser welding?

15:09:37 [George] Idm, There is no maintance except to add water, parts do not wear,ER WaterTorches are designed for minimum 20 year lifespan.

15:10:49 [George] Idm, man you are a question machine J No, auto-filling would still use distilled or deionized water

15:11:18 [Tom] George, can you give describe a little more about how Eagle Reseach plans to market the BG generators to the various nitch markets?

15:11:56 [Tenaj] Yes! Water Torch Collective, Ltd. has a marketing plan that will entice welders to want an ER WaterTorch. Payback depends on type of work, size of operation etc. Comparison charts currently being compiled. Will be posted on http://www.watertorch.com

15:13:03 [George] Idm, Although the ER Watertorches are portable, they are not entirely generator compatible. They can be used with a generator if you run a continous parrallel load of at least 500 watts

15:13:23 [kidmarc] George: Are the politically hot Brown's Gas uses discussed in detail (how-to) in the Leader of the Pack Meetings?

15:14:21 [ldm] Is a parallel load required to "regulate" the output of the generator?

15:14:27 [George] Idm, It is possible to replace laser welding in some cases. BG is also superior in plasma spray applications.

15:15:09 [Tenaj] Sorry, it is not yet strategic to disclose the specifics of the marketing plan, just yet. First step, (of 'big picture' plan) is education - which we have begun with the manufacture of the ER1200

15:16:09 [ldm] I think there is potential here, it just my extermely limited understanding of welding that makes me question.

15:16:24 [Tom] I was curious if you plan to get them into stores, or sell them at trade shows, or through distributors?

15:17:38 [pat] Can a BG unit replace a Tig torch?

15:17:57 [George] Idm, the parrallel load is to absorb voltage spikes created by the unique power supply of the ER Torches. These spikes are not created when the torch is used on the Grid. They are a result of the way the Watertorch asks for power, either full on or full off.

15:18:32 [Tenaj] (answering for George) Yes! the 'hot' issues are talked about at the 'Leader of the Pack' events (once we fingerprint and take people's pictures just kidding!

15:19:30 [George] pat, If you mean a tig welder, NO. If you mean an actual tig torch, YES.

15:19:41 [Tenaj] The ER1200s are being sold warehouse direct and through distributors

15:20:10 [ldm] Are the units certified for FCC EMI regulations in the US? EMI in Canda? EMI in Europe?

15:20:39 [ldm] Are there any other certifications? UL? VDE? CSA?

15:22:17 [George] Idm, There is no certification on the machines of any kind. They were designed to exceed all certifications of which we are aware, but it is NOT our current intention to put them through the actual testing.

15:23:03 [ldm] Have you considered zero-voltage crossing switching and a ramp-up of current to reduce the electrical spikes?

15:23:42 [George] Idm, It is our understanding that such testing is NOT required to actually market the machines.

15:24:50 [ldm] Yes, but such testing can alleviate problems in injury lawsuits.

15:25:07 [Tom] About how many units have been produced so far? What is your production capacity now with the facility in Penticton?

15:25:50 [George] Idm, it is also our understanding that once started, the testing IS required and there is no guarantee of cost or time frame. So by building to exceed specifications and using CSA/UL components we actually start making money.

15:26:39 [George] Idm, we will be certifying the large commercial units

15:27:53 [George] Idm, we have other means to mitigate potential lawsuits and have had excellent legal advise before we even started.

15:29:00 [Tenaj] At the November event we'll again be offering energy healing BG 'treatments' from a chiropractor who has been treating patients for 18 mths. now.

15:30:09 [pat] Could you go over how some people are using the BG units.

15:30:31 [Tenaj] When this chiropractor's home-built BG machine (built from plans in Brown's Gas book 2) broke down he drove straight to us to buy an ER1200

15:30:35 [George] Idm, yes I've considered many power supply options, looking for the most efficientl solutions. The problem isn't ramp up or zero crossing, it's what the generator does when a 4 Kw load is suddenly taken off. I can easily design 'ramp-down' electronics but they are less efficient. I decided to go for the simplest, most efficient solution for now.

15:32:23 [Tenaj] Sorry I have to do this bit of info in parts - I keep gettng disconnected) Some of his patients want ONLY the healing energy of BG now. He couldn't afford to be without a machine!

15:33:05 [George] Tom, We currently have the pre-production assembly line in Penticton, capable of 6 units a week.

15:33:32 [Tom] Do you plan on advertising the units to health professionals? which markets are you going after first?

15:35:44 [George] pat, Wow, they number of ways people are using the machines could fill a book. I'd recommend vistiting http://www.watertorch.com to see a partial list of the applications, each one worth millions or billions of dollars.

15:36:09 [Tenaj] To date we have produced 30 machines here in Penticton, BC Canada. So far they have been shipped to Canada, England, Japan and the USA. Orders/enquiries coming in from around the globe.

15:37:55 [George] pat, there are so many applications that it'd be better to ask you what you are interested in? Do you want to manufacture something? live healthier? Drive further on your fuel? The potential uses for BG will affect every area of our lives.

15:38:57 [ldm] How are patients treated? By breathing BG? By drinking water from "burnt" BG?

15:38:58 [kidmarc] So you are back ordered by how many months and how are you rectifying this?

(NOTE: This question got missed. Kidmarc, at this time we are backordered only about 2 weeks. We've done all these sales with NO advertising and quite frankly did not want to advertise because we couldn't fill the demand. The pre-production assembly line has fulfilled it's purpose to work out manufacturing kinks. We already are talking to mass-manufacturer's. We are also starting to advertise. )

15:39:03 [Tenaj] Cutting industry hold onto your boots! . . . Because BG is so obviously superior in this arena and the only thing the operators want to know is: Does it work? Does it faster, better, cheaper??? yes! yes! and YES!!!

15:40:19 [pat] I would more info on ore refining

15:40:38 [George] pat, mostly people are figuring out ways to use BG to make money, either by renting or selling equipment or by selling products and services created with BG.

15:42:01 [Tenaj] Brown's Gas, in the cutting industry, is straight-forward and non-controvercial. Above all, until we get into 'position', we intend to be visibly credible.

15:43:27 [Tenaj] Actually, a health professional has approached us as a potential manufactureer. We'll be going into dicussions sometime this fall.

15:43:32 [George] pat, I have some ore refining information here. In fact, it was an 'angel' at a mine that financed a lot of our initial BG research. Generally, BG flame treated ore produces greater quantities of metal from the original mineral sample.

15:44:53 [George] pat, a copper ore report I have shows three times greater metal recovery, using conventional techniques after the ore was 'flamed' with BG.

15:45:36 [Tenaj] From what we observe, patients receive surface 'treatments'.

15:46:10 [George] pat, this means that old mine tailings piles will produce more metal than the original mine did. Think of the Trillion$ there …

15:46:17 [ldm] Are patients heated with burning BG?

15:48:17 [Tenaj] Health Question: The surface 'treatments' apply just the gas, Not the flame to the patient's skin/muscle/joint . . .

15:49:26 [ldm] The treatments sound interesting. Do you have a list of people practicing? Maybe there is one near me.

15:49:43 [George] Idm, the BG heal wounds, relaxes muscles, mitigates joint problems with a combination of oxygen and hydrogen. Most illness today is caused or worsened by dehydration.

15:51:08 [George] Idm, dehydration is lack of hydrogen. Hydrogen is absolutely needed by the body. Note: It is possible to drink water (and many other fluids) that are actually dehydrating.

15:52:32 [George] Idm, BG treated water (by bubbling the gas through the water) becomes EXTREMELY hydrating when people drink it.

15:52:42 [kidmarc] George/Tenaj: Has anyone tried BG treated water (or catalyst altered water) and reused it in a BG machine to see what would happen?

15:52:59 [ldm] I can understand that from the theory of osmosis and personal experience.

15:53:25 [Tom] It appears that Eagle Research is doing pretty well. Is the watertourch collective a spin-off of the Browns gas part of your business?

15:54:03 [George] Idm, BG absorbed by the skin goes straight to the injury and starts hydrating.
