ER DROPSHIP POLICIES & PROCEDURES  
DropShip policies & procedures may be updated from time to time. And prices are subject to change without notice. Be sure that the information you have is the most current.

Definition ~ retail
Retail refers to the current price quoted in the Eagle-Research Online Store. Retail pricing applies to 1-4 quantities of any book or product.  

DropShip Product Limitations
DropShip products are limited to books and DVDs. Discount pricing on Devices & Kits is available only to WholeSale Distributors. (DropShip orders containing devices will not be processed.)

No Inventory  As a Dropship distributor, you require no inventory (except in areas where the seller is required to have at least a single copy of anything sold. Check local regulations).  

You take the Order - We fill it
Acquire the order, payment, shipping fee and shipping address from the customer. Send the order to Eagle-Research including:
• the customer's shipping information
• 75% of the retail* price of the order
• 10% of the retail price of the order (This is the shipping fee which is paid by the customer. Be sure to add the traceable fee for international customers.)
• Keep 25% of the retail as your share of the money.  

Mandatory Tracking / Traceable All DropShip orders are subject to a tracking fee. Some countries do Not offer a tracking option. See shipping and handling chart.  

DropShip Order Processing Use the following methods in all your DropShip orders to avoid delays in processing.  
• Clearly separate one customer's order from any other person's order. Ideally, each customer's order will be sent to Eagle-Research in a separate email or by FAX using the PDF form provided.  
• Always double check your calculations. Incorrect totals will delay processing.  
• Multiple customer payments may not be sent as one bulk payment. • If Paying by PayPal, include (combine) all customer 'shipping address' and 'product ordered' information in the PayPal comments field.    

How to Become an ER DropShip Distributor
1. Complete and send an application to be an Eagle-Research dropship distributor by postal service, FAX or email.   Ask for verification that we have received your application and that you are approved as a Dropship Distributor. < >

(Do Not take orders until it is verified that you have been you entered into our system.)

  2. Upon Eagle-Research approval of your application:
a. You may advertise using Eagle-Research approved wording. Wording comes from this website and the most current brochure(s). If you vary from the exact wording you must get written permission from Eagle-Research. This allows Eagle-Research to keep you conformed to various laws and allows you to pass responsibility for wording back to Eagle-Research, if any official should question it. (Eagle-Research follows the fair marketing laws of many countries). b. You may Not represent yourself as Eagle-Research. You are an independent, self employed distributor, selling Eagle-Research products under Eagle-Research policies.
